Lucky for you The Muve Group just finished renovating a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, main level condo right here in Sugar House. This place has that signature Muve style and design, with a price tag that is extremely attractive. We went in and remodeled this property from top to bottom. We started by ripping out all the old HVAC systems and adding in a new furnace, water heater and air-conditioning. Good stuff right there. We then muved into the bathrooms and rebuilt them completely. You have one bathroom with a large shower (rock floor included) and another with a full tub/shower combo (a real tub too, not those mini home depot specials).
All the flooring was replaced to compliment the fresh coat of paint, new kitchen, and stainless appliances. It looks so good I’m personally mad I didn’t pull the trigger and scoop this one up before we started. A quick walk down the street and you arein the gate of the private swimming pool on site (invite me over for thebbq please). To wrap things up, there is an HOA includes water, sewer, door side garbage removal, ground maintenance, exterior insurance, show removal, basic cable and swimming pool.
