- Keep your house warm: Getting your indoor temperature to a high and comfortable level may not seem like a big deal, but you want your potential buyer to feel at home, right? Turn up the thermostat so that your visitors aren’t freezing. If you have a fireplace, this would be the perfect opportunity to show it off.
- Use natural light to your advantage: It gets dark earlier in the winter, so try to schedule your appointments in the daylight hours. Open your shades and curtains to let in as much natural light as possible.
