For those of you that are clever, you’ve probably been wondering what happened to this house after we threw a mixer there since we only showed you a few teasers and before pictures. Well, basically we hid it from you since one of our own was trying to buy it for himself. Cody and I initially moved into this place planning to only live in it until it sold. However, that lasted about 2 days until Cody fell in love with it, and for damn good reasons. He then decided he was going to find a way to buy it and keep it for himself. We bring you the Atomic Ranch. I dubbed it the Atomic Ranch because it reminded me of a house I saw in the mid-mod magazine called the Atomic Ranch. The specific home was featured in an article called Town & Country. When I first walked into this home I knew it needed some TLC but I could see the massive potential. It had all the necessities: main level living, 2 master suites (and two laundry hook ups), wet bar, pool, original free standing orange fire place, exposed architectural beams in the family room, mint condition retro bathroom, storage shed, high windows for privacy, and an awesome 9 ft fence around the whole back yard to ensure ultimate privacy. Can you say skinny dipping!? Not only that but the house is tucked into a small dead end neighborhood packed with mid-mod’s. The bonus on this house is we have personally already worked out the kinks and tested out the neighbors. When buying a house neighbors can always be a toss up. On this home you hit the jack pot. All the neighbors are dope as hell. They are worth the price alone. Also, we named the dolphin in the bottom of the pool Calypso, we would appreciate it if you carry her legacy on even after we sell the home. If you rub her belly she will tell you your fortune if you listen closely.
