Today I bring you a great listing from the Cove. I have to be honest with you, this house didn’t initially perk my interest based solely upon the curb appeal. Fortunately enough, we had a buyer that was interested in this house and the listing was brought to you by none other than our very own Windermere Real Estate, so I was inclined to browse though the interior pictures and also see the home in person. That experience was nothing short of amazing.
The reason I wanted to show you this home is because the quality of work was fantastic on this remodel. Here at Muve we are trying to be the brute force behind demanding a higher standard of quality for remodels in the Greater Salt Lake Area. The sellers of this home bought it to fix up and live in. Much too often, we see shoddy remodels with no permits pulled and blatant defects simply covered up with people looking the other way. We feel that homeowners shouldn’t have to worry if their newly remodeled home was done right or not. That is why we try to only feature the best of remodels on our site. This house had quality that rivaled some of the best in the valley.
Unfortunately, soon after finishing this masterpiece, the sellers were denied being able to reside in it any longer due to circumstances outside of their control. One man’s loss is another man’s gain. Unfortunately for us, we didn’t even get to the home in time to give our buyer a shot at making an offer. Only hours after this bad boy was listed on the MLS it had an offer and it was accepted.
