This project is going to be quite the little development with 3 modern single family twin homes in a gated community. We are super pumped to be working with our close friends at Tailor Built Homes on this project and we hope to break ground in the next 6 months.
We are bringing something completely new to the area, and quite frankly a modern design like no where in Salt Lake City. These homes feature a 2 car garage, roof top patios, front courtyards, an entry way atrium that spans all the way up to the loft style upper lounge, and windows like you have never seen before. Simply put, we are stoked as all hell.
This is the first release and mock up of our design here for our 1162 e 4500 s development and we hope you are as excited as we are for this.
The homes will sit in a gated community and will be a great new addition to the neighborhood. We are taking orders now for the pre-selling of these properties.
Keep an eye out for our sign with the renderings going up soon at the site, things should be getting pretty exciting here come spring..
