I love so many things about doing real estate in SLC.
My favorite thing is seeing a property go from a run-down, beat-up house to an amazing home! This was most definitely the case for this historic Muve Approved space located in the Avenues.
We pre-sold this property, giving our buyers the ability to make some changes to the final design. The changes they made stand out and are elegant and tasteful. We love it. From top to bottom, this house received a major facelift.
