Well, lucky for you we just did an updated video walkthrough!
Floors are in, doors are on and cabinets are just about wrapped up… this place is coming together so quickly we can’t even believe our eyes! If you have been following this property and did not make a Muve on it, welp you’re a little too late… We just put this bad boy under contract and are super excited to announce we are working to lock down 2-3 more lots up here to keep The Muve Group playing in the Promontory development.
Pre-Sold in Promontory. It feels good to say that as we have put our heart and soul into this project and I think we blew it out of the water. The design and style of this property stands out from the pack with its zinc shed roof, exterior wood wrap and elegant stone work. When you drive up to this place you feel pretty bad ass to say the least.
The interior of the home feels like something out of an episode of MTV cribs with its high vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams and high-end finishes everywhere. The views from every room in this house are epic. You can see directly over to the ski resorts in Park City and Deer Valley as well as stunning 360-degree mountain views.
