All I can hope is that we either have it in our genes or that my love for sexy houses has rubbed off on the rest of my family. This listing hits close to home as it just so happens to be my sister’s humble abode. I’m going to have to lean towards the fact it’s in the family genes since my other sister decided to pick up our Fortuna بيت.
على أي حال, I present you the perfect Utah house. A blend of warm modern in a traditional rambler. The hand scraped wood floors and white walls give this place the perfect feel as you walk in. The open floor plan and vaulted ceilings in the great room have been home to some great family dinners and Thanksgiving feasts. My brother-in-law Ryan, has thoroughly tested his culinary arts skills in this kitchen and for many years I happily obliged in tasting the fruits of his labor. The gas range and upgraded commercial grade range hood have been his partner in crime and are fit for anyone who attempts to call themselves a foodie or chef. The upgraded 1200 CFM exterior vented range hood can hold a fairly large hardcover book up under it. Ask me how I know ;). You’ll notice that most of the lighting in the house is recessed but if you look close, those bulbs are lifetime LED bulbs so you won’t have much need to whip out the ladder to replace light bulbs any time soon. The rest of the lighting is the house has all been custom picked and upgraded so you can rest assured it’s on point, especially that Etsy dining room chandelier. The master suite will not disappoint as it’s roomy with large windows that just so happen to be covered with plantations shutters just like the rest of the home. As you make your way into the bathroom your greeted with exactly what you’d expect, a perfectly sized master bath with separate tub and shower, غرفة العرش, and roomy walk-in closet. As you can see from the pics, the kid’s rooms are spot on and it doesn’t hurt that they have extra large closet space for you to fit all those chic kids clothes you impulse bought off an Instagram post. As you head downstairs you’ll notice a few things. أولا, surprise, surprise, it’s open feeling, has huge basement windows and smells brand new. It probably smells brand new because it is. They recently decided to finish the basement to make way for the little tikes they have running around. There is a perfect “kids play room” right at the bottom of the stairs so you can keep that toy clutter to a minimum. Anyone with kids knows how crucial that space can be. The family room is roomy enough to comfortably fit a pool table, air hockey table and wet bar and probably whatever else you could think up to have down there as your second party spot. ثق في, there is also plenty of room for 4 to dance your ass off playing Just Dance. There’s also the bonus of a bathroom that Jack and Jill’s into the two new bedrooms in the basement. أخيرا, tucked behind door number 5 you will find… a finished storage room that is currently housing a sauna and wine cellar. Insert your own cool idea on how to properly utilize this space or just take my word for it and buy one of these infrared saunas they have. I think I’ve got that thing up to 150 degrees and boy does it feel like it after a 45 min sesh in there. I don’t think I need to insert the obligatory wine cellar comment. I’m sure you know how much I love those. That’s a wrap for the interior but the back yard is something to mention as well. With a $10k pergola that includes pull-out canvas awnings, similar to what you’ve seen at The Dodo or Trio, it creates the perfect tranquil spot for the many patio dinners I’ve enjoyed out there. Top it off with a little fire pit & plumbed for gas directly to your BBQ and you’ve got yourself a keeper.
