During 2010’s Modest Mouse concert, downtown Salt Lake was overwhelmed by the number of patrons who attended. And the price for one of these shows? Eight shows for $35.00—we’re not sure if there are even music festivals that cost less than $50.00 per entry. But Salt Lake City, because of its awesomeness, wants to provide its amazing citizens with nearly free live music.
