ها نحن, yet again! If you’ve been loving the mid century modern homes that we have been creating, then this next one won’t disappoint. For starters, it’s located at the very top of the prestigious Harvard/ Yale neighborhood, which is a bonus in itself. التالى, the home is set nicely away from the street with a 2-car garage and RV parking. الآن, to get to the good stuff! On the inside, which let’s be honest, is the most important, we will be making a bunch of changes. First off, we are doing our signature horizontal wood wrap above both- yes both- fireplaces on the main level. من هناك, we will reconfigure the kitchen to open it up and create a nice open floor plan. We are also adding the Muve touch by knocking down a wall between two bedrooms to create a huge master suite. The master will also get a new sliding back door into the backyard that we have cut out of the exterior wall. If you are having a hard time imagining all this check out the master suite in our Juniper Dr. remodel from last year. It will turn out similar to that master suit. After all of that, we head downstairs, where we are starting from scratch and will be building 3 new bedrooms, 1 new bathroom, 1 new laundry room, and a new family room. Stay tuned on this one, as we should have it done before Valentines Day. This home would be a great present for that special someone! 😉
