The concept is quite simple actually. Every so often we have a client who had high hopes of remodeling a home but then, life happened. Things come up, you get busy and the home improvement projects take a backseat. Then when it comes time to sell, The Muve Group, your real estate experts, comes to the rescue to sell your place for the best price possible in the shortest amount of time. In doing so, we may have some recommendations straight from our design experts, Matt & Cody on how you can invest the least amount of money into your home to get the most out of it. Unfortunately, the timing isn’t always right and you don’t have the liquid cash to throw into your house. That’s when our investment partners over at our sister company, Muve Properties, come to save the day. They will help evaluate and contribute a cash investment into your home in order to sell it for top dollar in return for a small profit share. From that, we present to you our debut Muve Improved property that we hope you will enjoy. This little gem in Highland Park had some great bones with great potential. Our combined efforts with the homeowner has given this place the little push it needed to make its red carpet debut. Although it’s not a full remodel we’ve taken care of all the big ticket items like the paint, carpet, missing sheetrock, kitchen cabinets and other minor touch-ups.
