If you haven’t, you are really missing out! There are a couple of super cool modern homes on the tour this year and its really getting us amped up to finally break ground on our modern home new construction developments in Millcreek!
Stellar homes are something The Muve Group is very passionate about and we wanted to show off some of the cool things we have seen at the parade this year.
Up first is the property located at the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon. This was a custom build for a homeowner and it definitely shows in the quality and list of custom features the home has. The builder really took time placing the footprint of the home in the right location to encapsulate some stunning views of the mountains. The kitchen is simply amazing. A wrap around pantry, waterfall island and extremely tasteful selections make this the perfect space to entertain guests and/or cook some good old fashion meals!
The next property we fell in love with was located in the Tavaci development at the bottom of Little Cottonwood Canyon. This home was elegant and stunning to say the least. This project was started a few years ago and never reached its full potential, a serious bummer but its looking to be coming back to life. This property is amazing and with the purchase of the home you also get the 4 lots across the street to ensure your view is never jeopardized. The infinity pool, stunning view and attention to detail make this property one of a kind.
Finally, we love the home that Tailorbuilt Homes put out. Partially just because we have a handful of homes we are just about to break ground on with these guys as our partners. This home is very similar to what we have coming for you on both of our Milcreek builds so stay tuned as we blow your mind with these Muve new construction projects!
