Ohhhhhhh baby I am excited for this one. This could end up being one of my favorite revivals to date once its completed.
Located above Foothill Drive in the St. Mary’s hood lies this Mid-Century Modern Remodel in Salt Lake City that will soon become a work of art. Modern, Modern, Modern. Do I have your attention yet?
Alright, let me give you the walkthrough since it might be a little hard for you to envision at this phase of the remodel. As you walk up to the property you will see a huge deck running the entire length of the front of the home which makes for one EPIC view from not only the living space upstairs but the master bedroom as well.
Once through the front door you will get a face full of style. A reclaimed wood wall, original (but updated) fireplace and the perfect space to hang out and invite guests in. The master bedroom will be turned into something out of a magazine with a TON of space and a walk around closet that will sit behind the bed.
Not only will the master have a kick-ass bathroom, but the three other bedrooms on this floor will ALL have their own bathroom as well. Ya, thats pretty freaking cool if you ask me.
