I am a little late at posting the before & after shots of this Mid-Century Modern Remodel in Olympus Cove, but better late than never right?
I love this home, it turned out legen..wait for it…dary. Yes, Legendary!
The property was down to the studs when we picked it up as you can see from the first walkthrough video. This project was as close to a new build as you can get without tearing down the exterior structure. We installed new everything. Insulation to glass shower doors, its all new and it looks freaking amazing. Olympus Cove is a fantastic area to find these hidden gems and turn them into stunning showcase homes. The Mid-Century Modern style has become a signature of our company, we love doing these homes and will continue to do them. Not only are they minimalistic, clean, and simple, they are extremely functional after we are done doing our thing. We take into consideration all living needs when we revive a home and incorporate them into the rebuild ensuring the home is tailored to our end buyers.
This project turned out so nice it stayed in the family as a relative pre-purchased the home before it was completed. Lucky for us we now get to enjoy this home with the owners for many years to come and we could not be more thrilled!
