One of our favorite neighborhoods to remodel mid-century modern homes in, just like this gem located on Ranchview Drive.
This project is a special one as the original architect was the one and only Cliff May. Unfortunately due to the condition of the home we had to heavily modify the original structure. Although we made these major changes, we designed the home in a way that we hope would make Cliff proud. The original home featured shed roof lines on the north bedroom, so we recreated this look on the west side of the property in the massive addition that allowed us to design a living room and master bedroom like nothing else. We have added almost double the square footage to this property giving us 2700 ft^2 on one level, something that is very hard to come by.
Features like a two-sided interior/exterior fireplace, a floor to ceiling window in the master shower, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, large entertaining spaces, and brand new everything make this home one of a kind!
