Too Bad… It’s Pre-Sold| Check out the newest addition to the Muve home inventory. If you’ve been scouring the MLS looking for deals, you won’t recognize this one because it never hit the market. This little gem is located on a hard to find lot in Millcreek that backs onto a gully with an unobstructed view of Mount Olympus. Not only that, but it is a north/west facing lot, which is arguably better than a south/ west facing lot. I personally like a north/west facing lot since you don’t get the hot west sun late in the day that can rack up quite the A/C bill in the summer (ask me how I know). Although this property is currently in decent condition, it hasn’t been Muve’d. We’ve got some big plans that include, but are not limited to, knocking down a huge wall to make a great room, cutting a patio door to access the backyard from the kitchen, adding a kick ass master suite in the basement, along with a new family room. Unfortunately, Cody and I thought we were going to score a free hot tub to take to our house (The Atomic Ranch) but the couple we have lined up on this property are keeping it for themselves.
