Located in the heart of Holladay lies an incredible new Muve mid-modern home. This project highlights the Muve style as well as our attention to detail. We have dubbed this property our “Retro Restoration.” When we purchased the home the front yard was so overgrown you could not even see the front door. This property also had a pitched roof that worked against the look we were going for so we scraped it clean off! Check out the before photos here. We leveled the front yard completely which allowed us to start from scratch. The property now features 4 outdoor entertaining spaces. The layout and design is true to its roots by seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.
The covered exterior entry and interior foyer are breath taking. Exposed beam skylight, wood accent wall, dark oak floors, concrete floor tiles, floor to ceiling windows, glass fireplace burner, and a stainless steel & glass handrail are just a few things to wet your pallet.

The cabinets throughout feature dark walnut with quartz counters. A stellar stainless range hood accents the large “waterfall” island in the kitchen. A wall of tile features exposed stainless steel shelving that is built to last a lifetime. Check out that dining room light fixture while you’re at it!
There is an enormous master bedroom and walk-in closet. The master bathroom features separate tub with a solider laid wall of tile that continues to the ceiling with a wall mounted faucet. An enormous master shower, featuring dual shower heads, euro glass, and exotic shower floor tile will be the perfect place to clean up after a long day on the slopes!
