When I first previewed this home I was blown away. The quality of finish is a perfect example of what we strive for here at Muve. When you first walk in, there are no questions in regards to the craftsmanship of the finish work done in the home. At Muve we are trying to promote the movement of top notch remodels with proper permits pulled and appropriate rules followed. We believe that every home buyer deserves the comfort of sleeping at night knowing things were done correctly the first time. What I love about this property is that they have kept the original charm from the curb, but still managed to update the entire home. This charm actually holds true throughout every detail in this place. We know, as well as anyone, that there is a certain art form in achieving that. Simply put, it’s not easy. Even more so, it’s of utmost importance in this sought after neighborhood. Gilmer Park is up there on the list of best areas to live in Salt Lake. You can’t go wrong with the white shaker cabinets, but these owners put their own twist on things by adding glass to the top half of the upper set of cabinets, a nice touch I have’t seen anywhere else to date. The bathrooms speak for themselves. Updated clean and white.

As those of you out there looking for houses to buy in this price range know, the devil is in the details. We love the attention to detail on the stair cases. One of the two features full hardwood (not cheap), while the other has bead board going up the walls. We liked it so much, this may just be something we put into our next remodel as it looks so great! As you can see in one of the last pictures in the gallery, they even have plans drawn to code to complete stage two of the addition they never got around to doing. If you’re looking for a bit more square footage than this home offers, and also would like the freedom to finish it the way you please, then this house is the ticket.
