Last June Stephen & Lauren contacted me after looking at one of our featured remodeled homes on our website located at 1226 Dhe. në Millcreek. Stephen said that he and Lauren were relocating from Colorado to Salt Lake City in July and would be looking to buy a house.
I got to know Stephen first and then Lauren arrived to town in early July. We were caught in the busy time when homes were selling very fast and missed out on a couple of homes to cash buyers because everyone seemed to be in the market of buying a house! They first rented a home in Millcreek to make sure they loved the area, and we kept on house hunting.
We all became good friends during the process of buying a house and finally found the right home also in Millcreek, with a move in date just before Thanksgiving. The best part about this home was that is was completely renovated and ready to go and came with a very large garage which was perfect for them! not only that but it is directly across the street from Stratford Park and down the street from Hillcrest Park so there is plenty of room to explore! If your looking at buying a house in Millcreek being by a park is never a bad muve. We believe it is such a big selling factor even one of upcoming remodels in Millcreek në 4385 S. backs onto a park. As if this deal couldn’t get any better we were lucky enough to close this del in house with a fellow Windermere agent. Stephen and Lauren are not only new friends but neighbors as well.
