We are a wee bit late posting this one but that doesn’t mean we are any less excited about our latest Reserve client. Our client and good friend Dustin had approached us a few months ago in search of the perfect home for his next muve. After providing us with his criteria on the type of home, location and size he was looking for we started the hunt to find a home that needed our love . We were lucky enough to find this hidden gem that is in a great neighborhood right around the corner from where I grew up. It’s also located on a quiet dead end street and only a few seconds from the I-80 freeway entrance. This Millcreek Modern Home Remodel is well underway and we have some big plans for it. As per usual, we are giving it the full Muve treatment which includes but is not limited to new HVAC, A/C, water lines, waste lines, տանիք, էլեկտրական, լուսավորման, crawl space insulation and new driveway. On top of those core components we are outfitting the home with a swanky modern finish.
