It’s the start of the new year and we aren’t messing around. This property is definitely a step in the right direction. I’m not going to tease you at all on this one… it’s an easy sell. We’ve got lots of goodies in this house, including one level living , a kidney shaped pool, a classic (oorspronklike) mid-century modern fireplace, vloer tot plafon vensters, open floor plan, tandem garage, original bathroom with tile in perfect condition and we are making a kick-ass master suite.

When I first walked into this house it felt like déjà vu… like I had been in this house before. After cruising through the house I realized that this home had a very similar style and layout to one I had just seen in the winter 2011 issue of Atoom Ranch magazine. Whether you are an avid reader or have just glanced through an issue while in the airport or grocery store you know the homes featured are nothing short of amazing.

We gathered our inspiration for this remodel from the article named Town & Country. Since the two homes have the same layout we will focus on exploiting the same features. Our relationship with home designer Andrea Beecher from cityhomeCOLLECTIVE has flourished on our last few Mid-Mod renovations. She didn’t let us down on this one either. We will be featuring a plethora of juicy upgrades including dark woven bamboo flooring throughout the entire home, white color scheme, new windows, stainless accents throughout, exposed beams in the ceiling, gloss white cabinets, kwarts tellers, glass garage door and some awesome 3D tiles.

3… 2… 1… Start drooling.
