I couldn’t be happier to help two of my longtime friends get into their first home! Just last week we closed on a cute little house below Gilmer Park. This is the perfect example of a classic Salt Lake bungalow for those of you out there that may not be familiar with the area. This is also a great starter home. With mostly main level living, an unfinished basement with room to expand, and a cute manageable yard you can’t really ask for more. Although, no transaction seems to go 100% smoothly, we pushed through to close this deal and even managed to negotiate a new roof. This place doesn’t need much work, however, these two already have fun plans for upgrades such as, newly refinished original hardwood floors and an updated bathroom.
